What is a Synced Transcript?

And what are its benefits?

A synced transcript is more than one which includes timestamps.

The goal of a synced transcript is to be as readable as possible. So it includes as many of the following elements as possible:

• Speaker Name

• Minute level timestamps (much less noisy than the seconds-long timestamps you see in SRT caption files)

• Chapters added as subheadings into the transcript at the appropriate location
